a lot of the rumors came after the borgia was no longer pope. the guy who was pope after him had a lifelong anti borgia vendetta, and like many of the renaissance popes and the decadent/corrupt popes there were a lot of rumors after his death. so i would take it with a spoonful of salt yk?
